How can I lose weight on my thighs (legs) for swimming ?

Right my class is going school swimming and I’m wearing a swimming costume and I need to know some exercises that you can do at home(no equipment) for legs especially thighs . please help :) im going next week !! and how shall I wear my hair for swimming ?

do those side leg lift things that are in all the 90’s work out videos. they actually work. also when you do them, if youre laying on your left side, place your right legover your left. bending it to brace yourself to where your right foot is beside your left knee, then lift your left leg to the under part of your right knee. it thats what I do and I’ve got firm thighs.
