Quick weight loss-1 week

Ok so im going to university in literally 1 week and I need to loose at least 3 pounds! I gained some weight over the summer and cant fit into my jeans!!!

Im thinking of only eating breakfast for that week, I tried fasting but they turned into me goiurging at night

I eat half weetbix, glass of juice, cup of tea for brekky, 10am quarter of a salada, 12pm banana and baked/steamed vegies, 2pm apple, 6pm sirfry (onion, carrot, mushrooms and smll tinned tuna). After dinner if still hungry have some pappadums or a yoghurt. I lost heaps of weight on this and am able to maintain a gd weight. I do about 1/2 hr work out but seriously if you haven’t got much time to lose this is the quickest way caus it gets your metabolism moving. you HAVE to have the brekky early tho so your metab starts moving (approx 8am). Also a mutlivitamin helps. Yeh and heaps of water thru the day.

drink loads of water it will help you digest your food and raise your metabolism so duh do exercise too try running for about an hour my sister did that with the whole water thing too and lost 9 pounds in a week

Do not NOT EAT, it’s unhealthy. High protein, low carb diets work wonders I’ve heard. A mate of mine lost 7 kilo’s in two weeks, but he was advised by his mother who is a doctor. Do the same, consult a doctor before messing with your nutrition.
