no you wont its about 3000 burned calories to lose 1 pound, so if u ate 1000 calories but burned like 1500 of them you would lose weight

wat3r what you wrote is obscure! 500 calories less than what you eat everyday consistently for a week, will make you lose a pound every week. The way you presented the info is misleading!!!

Fau if you are keen on getting proper weight loss guidance with calorie counting then visit a dietitian who will guide you properly. If you want to count calories, then your current dietary intake pattern would be recorded, your current weight and activity pattern, after which you will be charted out a customized diet plan suited to your needs. Honestly, even without counting calories if you get start with my advice above, you will definitely move towards good health and lose weight simultaneously. Goodluck!

Focus on eating wholesome foods like whole grains, high fiber foods, whole fruits rather than juices and refined foods. Avoid sweets and fried foods as far as possible. Drink plenty of water, exercise regularly; begin with brisk walks, join a yoga class. These simple modifications should help you in weight reduction much more than counting 1000 calories, which is NOT the way to lose weight.

Food cravings will reduce and stop completely if you avoid deprivation and switch to wholesome foods mentioned above. Gradually you will get used to your healthy lifestyle and adopt it as a way of life. This will help you lose and maintain lost weight much better than any crash dieting program.

Goodluck!

Most likely. Most people don’t consider all of the calories they’re burning. This is mainly because they don’t know all the ways they are loosing calories. By sleeping, walking, and even eating, you are burning calories.

Another thing to consider is the muscle you’re bulding while burning the calories. And since muscle weighs more than fat, you may lose weight rather slowly at first, or even gain weight by gaining muscle mass.

Also, for a person of your age and weight, consuming only 1000 calories worth of food isn’t healthy in itself. You should be eating around 1800 a day.

And finally, after taking into consideration, if you consume 1000 calories a day, and burn 1000 calories a day, without gaining or losing muscle, you would not gain or lose any weight.
