How do you loose weight faster than I tried?

Ok im 16 & I look like im prego but im not my dad asked my mom ask said is she pregnant & for her not 2 tell me you know im tired of people saying im getting “big” && I say you think think know that … Dude I have never been pretty or skinny now when I findf some one who loves me && now here my “fat self” thinking im pretty .. This im tired some one please help me find a way I’ve been 125 since I was a freshman && now im in sophmore I weigh 145 or 140 … I mean I try 22 do ever think I tried 2 stave but my mom makes me eat I went 3 days no food my mom notice took me 2 my fav place … In and out && made me eat … I say how can I loos it should I ask the doctor 4 the lab band or something .. Dam I wit I knew what I can do Help me out here im begging

140 isn’t a bad weight, and 125 wasn’t either, I weight about 125-130 myself, and I’m doing alright. Not eating for three days is just going to screw over your metabolism and make you gain more weight. You need consistency to be healthy, you can’t just change the way you eat from week to week. Also, get into the habit of doing a daily exercise, it’ll make you fell 250 times better about yourself. You’re not fat at all, you just have a low confidence level, things like this will help you.
