Desperatly trying to loose weight! Help!!!

Ok so I want to loose some weight and I want to loose my belly. I weigh 154 ibs.and my waist is 39 inch. I want to go down to 3o inch. And weigh 130 in 2 months. If possible. But what my problem is, is that I give up cause I have no motivation. But what exsersises should I do? What workouts? And what should I include in my diet and what should I exclude? Also how can I motivate myself? Desperate to loose the weight! Thx so much.

my waist was 35 inches ,now it is 27 inches. this happened in just 4-5 months. I stopped sweets, fats, fried stuff. started fruits, salads, juices. I was so strict with my diet. did exercise 2 times a day for atleast 20-30 mins a day. remember no cookies, no butter, no choclates, no fries. gd luck!!!

Honey if you can’t afford jenny craig, there is nothing better than a strick diet, get a picture of a friend or family you want to be shaped like stick it on you fridge, stove, and purse oh yes the purse you use to go to a buffet or family bar-b-que, and you will see the results I did it. Ok! Lay off the sweets And add fruits and vegetables! Then do some sit-ups and push-ups. For motivation put a pictures of a skinny celeb you like and post it on your refrigerater.
