why is public lewidness illegal?

You see people willing naked when you have sex, it can be considered sexual harrassment if they are turned on while walking around naked in public as well. I just think if people want to walk around naked they can go to a nudist colony.

Yeah I don’t think that would be a good idea, see, you can’t really trust people let alone strangers and if people start walking around naked then others might think they can take advantage.

Like Mackenzie said, if people want to walk around naked, they should go to a nudist colony but in a place where people can’t be trusted, I’d say you’re doing this at your own risk.

yea i c where ur coming from but u also said at ur own risk i think pple should b able to do it at anywhere they want at there own risk. if they are nakes and somone squezzes them anypropriatly they shouldnt complain cuz they chose to walk naked

Um, no, you see being naked and asking people to touch you don’t float in the same boat. Like the old saying goes “you can look but you can’t touch”. Just because someone feels comfortable walking around naked doesn’t mean they want to be touched by strangers.

If we were all allowed to run around naked, it would be horrible in my opinion. Not everybody wants to see everyone’s private areas. What about child moles.tors, ped.ifiles, rap.ists, etc…I think it would provoke them to touch naked teens, and children. There would be a lot more cases of sexual harassment, and molesting. Also, children shouldn’t be exposed to naked men and women. If people were allowed to go around naked everywhere, there would probably be a lot more sex in public…it’s just not a good idea at all…
