How can you prevent fries from getting that grainy rough texture when it becomes soggy?

I don’t mind it soggy I just hate that texture.

fries is not meant to eat later, so If you want to make it crispy, you must cut them into a bit thinner and put them in freezer before frying it

Try cookin them not so long, but on a little higher heat, not much higher though

You cant prevent them from getting soggy/grainy but you can make them crispy again. Just stick them in the oven or a toaster over for a few minutes at °400.

Refrying the fries will make them soak more oil into it. I have tried this too.LOL
