Answer #1

Once a day and b cuz it has nutirents in it that u may not get dureing pregnancy

Answer #2

Most are taken by everyday once, although some are taken twice a day. Ask your doctor perhaps, because they must be taken as prescribed. For the fetus, I wasnt so sure but I found this, so hopefully it helps: The increased demand for blood and hormones raises nutritional demands for the mother. Since her fetus is completely dependent on her for nutrition, her body will give it what it needs, depleting her stores, if necessary. This will exacerbate any nutritional deficiencies she may already be experiencing. You can read the full article on : http://funadvice.com/r/14q3nrp82h7 =)

Answer #3

Take them only under the advice of your doctor - studies have been done that linked taking too many prenatal vitamins with “megadosing” which can result in birth defects like cleft palate and malformation of the ears.

Answer #4

Depends on the mother’s condition. If everything is fine then once a day. But when she needs more calsium to strenghten her bone, usually doctor will add the vitamin with other supplement which is safe for pregnancy, or suggest her to take milk.

Answer #5

Also i just found out from my doctor a good way to know if any of your vitamins are good (not mostly fillers) Is to take one of them and place them in a small clear glass or container of water and if it dissolves completely within an hour it’s a good vitamin. I did my prenatal and it was gone in 20 mins then i did my kids flintstone vitamins and they were there well over an hour needless to say i will not be giving them those anymore.
