Maybe their afraid ill fall off a cliff because i cant see or something….

hmm, the gene could carry on to your baby, so that he/she may also have poor vision. the probability all depends on the fathers genes as well

Answer #2

you could figure out the probability by using the Pundent (sp) square

Answer #3

You should have read the details….thats not what i was asking.

Answer #4

i did, i think they check those things to see what the baby’s characteristics shuld be.. becuz the vision is all in genes.. for example.. if the mother or father is colorblind then the baby will very likely be colorblind as well. idk.. i may be reading wrong

Answer #5

I’m not really sure how it could directly affect your pregnancy, but having good vision is a key in staying safe. If you can’t see properly, every day tasks can be a danger to both of you (ex: driving, walking down stairs, etc). So it is quite important in that sense.

Answer #6

Maybe it’s covered cuz like if you can’t see properly you could miss a step and fall down the stairs or something? I might be misreading this.

Answer #7

I think the Medicaid is health, in general, and not specific to your condition.

Answer #8

as far as i was told is cuz they want you to be as safe as possible and if you cant see as best as possible then you could fall
