Could breast cancer affect your chances of pregnancy?
My friend told me about her mother thinking she was pregnant. When I asked her if her mother could have kids, she said doubt it due to her mother having breast cancer. Is it possible for her mother to get pregnant even tho she’s a survivor of breast cancer?
Yes, if there is nothing wrong with her reproductive system she should be able to fall pregnant.
I have a cousin who beat cancer and was told that she’ll never be able to get pregnant … she now has two children.
It’s a myth that all cancer survivors can’t have children.
She could still be pregnant since she didnt have a cancer that affects the reproductive system.
It doesn’t matter what kind of cancer it is - it’s the radiation treatment that causes infertility.
