What can cure stress?

What can cure stress? Lately I’ve been very stressed out with boyfriend problems,my grandma having breast & lung cancer,college etc. Etc. I get so stressed that I get headaches I have one now

You should go to your doctor and get meds cause it could turn into a real problem. I stress over many things for no reason and I get really sick and it doesn’t go away and get bladder problems so you need to go to a doctor and I’m so sorry about your grandma and college and boyfriend and etc.

Talking about your worries with a friend or family member helps me when I harbour a lot of anxiety. Swimming and other exercise often gives me a natural high too, it can make you feel a little less burdened by all the stresses in your life and more confident that you can defeat your deamons. What’s up UV? The only cure for stress is to to care of yourself as well. Sounds like you are taking care of everyone else and neglecting yourself which from experience will bring you down twice as fast. You don’t have to abandon anyone at all. Me I workout for a while or just take a simple walk, it also help to write down whats borthing you instead of keeping it bottled up inside. When you get real stressed fast try deep breathing or get one of those relaxation cds that only takes 15 mins. My sis say yoga works for her. All else fails you may need to see a doctor for a temp soluation. Sorry to hear about your grandma, but your guy should be more supportive know what’s going on instead of adding on to it. it sounds like you need a bit more “me time” try to have about an hour a day were you can just relax and think maybe even keep yourself occupied with a hobby, or start a new one talking about whats bothering you can be benificial so if you want you can find someone to talk about them eg, friends, family, relative, doctor, counsellor, school teacher, ect
