how to get rid of stress fast
okay so most people say go run but I don’t have time when studying that’s why I normally hit a wall till calm down or something but that’s bad right ? … so how do you get rid of stress fast so you can focus again ?
Well get a punching bag, lol no, go outside, the most important rule while studying or just general stressful situations is to take time for yourself, even if its only 5 min, I would suggest just getting a chair, and setting it outside, if its cold , get a blanket and a warm drink, if its warm get some ice water and chill, but literally, just sit there, for id prefer 10-15 min and just intake clean pure air, and nature, refresh yourself, dont think about what you are working on, just enjoy the time, you might even find yourself getting up before the timer is off, lol there really isnt a quick way to get rid of stress, the whole point is to take time off to relax, recollect your thoughts and be calm. hell, im not stressed but typing that made me want to go get a cup of Hot cocoa and chill outside =] seriously, just take a little time out for yourself!

I reckon you should buy a punching bad! lol also releasing energy is a fantastic way to relive the stress. so if you can’t go for a run (which is good because it gets you outside and gives you exercise) then do some push-ups, sit-ups, etc in your room. it’ll help release some of the pent up stress/energy and it will help you to keep looking toned and attractive. I also find that writing helps me. Try grabbing a pen and just seeing what comes out! sometimes its a lot more than just words : )
do d thinks that you like … meditation is good opt bt difficult to di in that situation… hang out with best friends and joke … laughin help a lot… always b happy , enjoy your life
I dont think you should hit the wall because you’ll hurt your hand or foot like that…try mediating in a quite place like your private room…but if hitting the wall takes the stress away then go for it..XD..hope this helps.
