What are your thoughts on human engineering?

do you think it should be legalized?

Answer #1

If you mean body parts made for people it us unbelievably helpful and useful and if you mean robots? If that is happening I would love one.

Answer #2

Well i mean cloning and altering peoples genetics. They have been doing studies, and have done it to several animals, where they change and alter the genetics of the embryo and give it any characteristics they want.

Answer #3

I dont think thats right. Personally I find it creepy.

Answer #4

I understand the pros of doing it. They are capable of eliminating any genetic disorders or diseases if they want but they can also change hair color eye color and other genes.

Answer #5

I understand the genetic disorders, but it seems unbelieveably vain to change the hair color and eye color of your baby. If it’s for the greater good, such as preventing any genetic malformations thats understandable. But if it’s for vanity reasons then it’s just plain stupid in my opinion.

Answer #6

I find that it makes sense for genetic disorders but it isnt well tested and the human genome might create more diseases if it is messed with so i believe at this point it is unstable. If it is legalized they would most likely have people who spend money on it to get the “perfect” baby of their dreams, and i can see people trying to create a perfect race like hitler had tried to do

Answer #7

I agree.
