sleep talking occurs naturally or as a form of a sleep disorder SRED (Sleep related eating disorder) or night terrors, it appears to run in families and about 50% of children sleep talk about about 5% of adults reportedly talk in their sleep

On rare nights, I stop breathing while sleeping, being forced awake. I shoulod probably have one of those oxygen masks, but I am dumb…

People have told me I talk in my sleep. I’m not sure why this is. Maybe it’s because you have things on your mind or your dreaming. Or a physcological reason. My childhood friend was abused when she was extremely young. & Would have dreams about her abuse, and scream at the top of her lungs in her sleep.

A while ago my older sister (she’s studying in college for phsycology stuff so she had to study this but I dont remember exactualy what she said) she said something on the lines of that we go through different stages in our sleep (like deep sleep to lighter sleep) and its in one of those stages (a moderatly light sleep stage) sometimes people are awake enough to talk while they dream, but asleep enough to not wake up while they’re talking :b if that makes any sense…
