Do people get especially tired after they dream in thier sleep?

I love dreaming it’s fun but I am not sure if I should continue if I get so tired every morning. Is there anyway to stop dreaming or make it less tiring?

Answer #1

Dreams do not make you tired…and you also cant “stop”dreaming. Your most likely tired because you arent sleeping enough, or your sleeping too much.

Answer #2

i sleep at least 8 hours a day, with constant vivid dreaming. I used to not dream 2 years ago almost every night and I had even less sleep then.

Answer #3

they can make you tired if you are being spiritually attacked during your dream, meaning your being sapped by spiritual beings

Answer #4

Nightmares can leave you tired and so can dreaming. It’s not the dream itself, but the fact that you wake up during the dreams. Also I notice that when I dream I don’t sleep deeply, so maybe you aren’t getting enough deep sleep.

Are you very stressed recently? Stress can cause you to dream more (it happens to me) and not sleep well at night.

Try some melanin, your body naturally produces it when going to sleep and you can buy it at pharmacies. It is safe and not addictive and should help you get a better night’s sleep.

Answer #5

it depends on the dream. i know that during a nighmare, i usually will toss and turn in bed and when i wake up im exhausted.
