Why can't I look at people when I'm talking?

Do you typically keep your distance form people? Ya know personal space? Feel uncomfortable when random people touch you? then that is usually why. many will say because you have something to hide or your lying tho

cause you have a fear of eye contact, I use to be like that til my friend helped me just practiced looking at your friends just bit by bit like even just for a few seconds at a time. then eventually you will get over it

Being shy, plain and simple, or if you were hiding something or lying, but then you’d know why.

I’m the same, I can’t make eye contact with people I’m not used to. It’s mostly because I’m a little bit shy xD You just have to practice. I’m a waiter so that REALLY helps me because I’m forced to look at people. Just try little by little to force yourself to look people in the eye and eventually you’ll be able to.

I’m the same too…. I just look at their noses LoL No one has called me out on it yet!!!

same here, apparently i dont look at people wen their shouting at me.. i get emotional or something when i look into their eyes..
