Im Really Shy When It Comes To Meeting New People In Person… If It’s Over Text Im So Confident And Everything… I Wanna Be Able Ta Talk Ta New People In Person Like I Do Over Text… What Shud I Do ?

Aw! Don’t worry I use to be exactly like you… still am actually. I dunno I guess it all goes down to confidence.

I mean what exactly makes you shy about talking to people in person.

Hey,

I used to be a bit like that, but I signed up to see a life coach. just to try it. Anyway, it turned out to be really good, they set you wee tasks that all build up to your goal (being more confident). It can be a we bit expensive but it def helped me. Mite be worth looking into.
