Why do people always take the "easy way out", when trying to lose weight, like diet pills, and such?

Why don’t they just get up, and do some exercises, and eat right? That is the healthy, and most effective way to lose weight.

I think its because people arent, I cant think of the word but uneducated properly. I used to diet for two weeks and if I wasnt skinny I just thought it didnt work but I’ve now realised I was doing so much wrong. But of course it is laziness aswel and just being impatient.

Depends on who you are. My mother is fat and she can’t exercise because she’s old (not being mean but true) so she uses diet pills or anything that helps her lose weight. But she walks all the time instead of running so that’s good. Other than that you’re just lazy.

Oh also, I dont think diet pills are a lazy way I just think its for if you’re a little impatient or you’re feeling a little demotivated and a few extra pounds that happen to drop off would motivate anyone. I know that adios reduces your fat intake so if you do eat too much fat you have accidents lol, so it would not work without dieting(unless you dont have much fat anyway). My mum uses them now, I wish I could but shes starting to think I’m too skinny so she wont buy me any lol
