The best way to loose weight is to have a healthy diet, and excercise. Come up with healthy foods you can eat, like lots of fruit and vegtables, and cut out fast food and soda from your lifestyle. Try to do some excercises or take a nice jog a few times a week! The best way to loose weight is to do it the right way- and thats the healthy way.
