Can a parent/guardian have the right to ask the phone company for all the text messages the child has been sending to his/her friends?

of course they can ask but if they get them is the question lol but i think they could getthem but i think they would have to have evidence that you were doing something illigal. hoped i helped♥

I don’t really think so, but I believe they should allow parents to do this, even if its not morally right. If the parent is caring for someone, they should have the right to know what they are doing. I think it is evading privacy, but thats the family’s problem. If you don’t want to get caught texting something bad or some plan, THEN DON’T DO IT. That is my opinion.

Yes, they mainley do it though for the fact that they want their child to be safe. My mom does it to me alllllll the time. I hate it, but I understand.
