Guardian papers

Me and my don’t get along at all and right now she is just pushing my buttons and limits in ways I can’t explain,a fight we had a week ago she today calls a friend that’s an officer in Los Angeles County and tries to get him to talk to me on the phone,today while at school during 3rd period I was talking to a friend who lives with his auntie,and I asked him if his dad had to sign the papers to make his auntie his guardian until college and he told me no,well I want to make a friend my legal guardian cause I don’t want to live with my mom anymore,where do I get these papers and how does this actually work?

Little mistake,it’s suppose to say ‘Me and my mom’ at the beginning.
