Friends Dad will view our messages

I don’t think its possible unless your a really smart person who can hack anything like a computer or its software … otherwise you should be safe … but always watch what you talk about when your are on aim … you never know …

Its possible to get those messages with the right knowledge.. You should be careful of what you say on those things, you never know who is watching or what might happen…

I don’t know if hes got her passwords but I’m nervous because hes the kind of guy that would chew my butt and I’m not even his daughter !!

Yes, there are plenty of ways to read what has been sent on an instant messenger, even if they weren’t saved by the program itself. The rule of thumb is – if you don’t want someone to see it, you shouldn’t be using a machine anyone can access.

Fortunately for you and your friend, most of the ways to read unsaved messages are not layman-friendly, so unless your friend’s father is an IT specialist, I would say it’s safe to relax.
