How to become thin?

okay, for the last 2 days nobody wanted to give me real advice. can anyone help me to lose real weight (mine 94kg) (A LOT) . I am desperate. please, I need some friends 2.

hi there everybody. have to go to work now feeling kind of teary. feels like nobody wants to respond to my question. only a few. will someone please try to be civil and help me to lose weight. I need more than one friend. if nobody wants to be my friend and help met I will have to do something else. does this make any sense at all.? I’m waiting for your response.

Its SIMPLE!!! burn more calories than you consume.Dont do 400 cals..thats dumb,and your body will go into starvation mode,,,I consume about 1200 daily,and my doctor says thats the lowest I should go…if you consume 1200 but burn lets say 2500 on a daily basis…itll come off…trust me!

shal I say you one thing what I know is at the morning everyday lime with honey water,surely every day in the place of tiffin you have to drink this ok then… little lunch and in the night surely roti this is for sure ok and in place of roti some days[4 days a week]u have to just eat keera and carrots ok bye

Hey huni,If you need some help with coming up with a diet plan and an excercise routine,private message me…I used to model for a few years,and sing,and do ballet (dont ask me how I found the time) so I always had peopkle helping me with my body for shoots and shows,etc, so I have a ton of workouts and diets.

Wake up, drink one glass of water and then eat. You will be less hugry= less calories. Eat a lot of fruit and vegtables and more than 2 liters of water every day. Do some exercise you enjoy . Also have some snacks which are healthy ready to when you want a snack. Dont ever eat junk food and chips. Remember to eat less calories than you burn but always eat at least 1200 . Good luck.

ok here’s some real advice for ya… stick to healthy eating (special k cereal with skim milk, fresh fruit, 100 calorie yoplait yogurt, sugar free jello, and especially green tea… work really well) if you’ve ever heard of enviga green tea, it burns calories so I drink a lot of it! also, dance dance revolution helps me burn my calories. if you dont have that game, turn on your favorite jams in your room and dance like you would if you were in a club! you will see results in no time! I did!

I started this program called “Dr. Timms” about three months ago. In the first week, I lost 2 kg and that’s really good because I got to drink shakes and eat as many vegetables as I wanted. Anyway, you should drink at least 2 litres of waters a day. Also, the main thing is to NOT EAT JUNK FOOD AND CARBS, darnit. Do you want to lose weight or not? Do you even have motivation? 94kg is a lot. If you actually want to lose weight, stick to 400 calories a day (vegetables!!!) and then burn them all of by dancing.

k here is my sugestion really if you dont do yoga start doing it immediately by doing several aasnas and kaplbhathi a brething exercise you can shape out well in just 2 months but be sure that you dont eat too much regularly also go swimming or for jogging best of luck take care cu gudbye
