i’m thin, and i like it =)

like frogpad said, skipping maybe one or two meals a day and eating a lot on the ones you do eat might be a good idea if you wanted to gain weight and not gain muscle. On the other hand, thin seems to be the ‘in’ thing atm, so…

Unless you’re very very skinny to the point of being unhealthy, it’s generally a good thing to not be too fat - more healthy =) This is generally, by the way, anorexia is bad.

the difference is whether you wnt the look/weight of fat…or the fat itself…..if you just want a thicker structure…my advice is to try some exercises that build muscle….like lifting weights…just generally building up the targetted area….im rather thin myself…and ive tried plenty to change that..but the most effective thing for me seemed to be gaining muscle…as for the actual fat itself(which i doubt you want but…)…its as easy as …skipping breakfast or lunch..yeah…skipping meals keeps your metabolism low…which tells your body to store fat….maiking it take more fat from what you DO eat…good luck either way… :)
