if your working out then you need to eat allot of protein…meats and soo…and also allot of carbs.

they are NOT bad if your gonna work them off !!!

but besides that andything that isnt completely greasy..McDonalds !!

really good diet rice and fruit diet. all you eat every meal; one cup of white rice (plain or with 2 tbls of low sodium soy sauce) and one serving of fruit you drop pounds like crazy! I went from 115 to 108 in 3 days!

yogurt, salads, tuna, wheat bread, corn, umm…I forgot what else… hope that helps some though.
