How to get in shape without losing any weight?

I’d like to start getting fit for summer, but I really cant lose any weight. So is there any way where I can look more toned without looking or being thinner? as im already underweight. thanks for any help XD

U should try yoga. It tones your body and gains flexibility, so when summer comes, you cand be doing flips up the beach in a bikini. HAHA!

You might not lose weight by exercising, not sure on this though, I can’t see why you’d lose a pile if there’s not much there. There is a potential to gain weight if you do more muscle oriented exercises, as muscle weighs more then fat.

You’re going to loose some weight wether you like it or not. However, if you keep it up, working out, ect, you will get toned. Do sqauts, clings, push-ups, Or try some dancing lessons(belly dance and Latin are the ones I’ld highly recommend for loosing flab). Another helpful tip, if you can, try working out in the pool, for example, try kick boxing in the pool(sounds crazy, but you’re working against the water, and it does pose a challange to do things like that with perfect form).
