Why do you get nights when you can't sleep even though you are really tired?

Yeah, it makes sense. Its just annoying, lying there for ages doing nothing. Pretty sure everyone knows the feeling.

I would suggest maybe some tea called sleepytime tea, has no d*ugs in it or maybe try some low dose melatonin. Yeah its very annoying

You’re thinking about things too much! What I like to do is focus on my breathing. I breathe deeply through my diaphragm and count my breaths. It relaxes me :)

This means that your brain is still active because of too much stress. You need to find time to relax, so you can rest your brain and muscles. It would be better if you can off the TV and better to listen to soft music so you can relax your mind and body.
