Whats new york like?

My dad wanted to move to new york + was thinking about moving there in maybe a year or so time but he wants my opinion of whether I want 2 first but I have no clue what its like :s lol so my question is whats new york like or america?

its a big city, VERY big and expensive. so be sure to bring a lot of money and get a cheap place somewhere safe. and u’ll be set :)

I wouldnt want to live there..veeerrry expensive..not the safest..but its a matter of what you like and where you actually end up..city or burbs? upstate? nice to visit..not live..but thats just my opinion..been there plenty of times..never really enjoyed the mass crowds or the weather..o well..good luck…

Im in love with city life, always sumfin going on, never a dull moment. I went about 4 years ago and am planning to move out there once I finish uni. It’s a city like no other, crowds galore it all depends on your personal preference. Are you a city person? because New York is the ultimate city! Can’t you go out for a week or too before moving there? Take some time to check it out first hand.
