What is a nice get-away place near New York, the state?

can you help me. I need to know a nice get away place near NEW YORK the state. like tell me a great family place in penn,nj,mass,con,vermont and new hemshire. it must be a family place. like hershy, PA or ocean city MARYLAND.

Wait like, get-away as in ‘I just killed some one and need a place to stay’ or get-away as in ‘vacation time’?…

uh, anyway.

Well I used to live in The Hamptons for a while..It’s really nice, but may be expensive. About 70 minutes from NYC.

I went to the polcanos in PA once, and usually I dislike PA but it was fun, although pretty standard. Same with Hershey Park. I REALLLY love Long Beach Island, but I think you’d have to rent it in advance :)
