How can I reduce stress and calm down?

I just found out something my husband hid from me and it hurts me, but mostly stressing me out because I can’t confront him. He is doing training for Iraq so I can’t contact him for another 2 weeks. I’m pregnant and think this will affect me badly if I can’t calm down. Someone help me! What ways can I reduce the stress and stay calm till then?

take a to the bone kind of hot bath with emsem salt (please dun judge I can’t spell)

yoga, and make sure you are eating healthy foods and not junk. and when you tlk to your husband let him explain his side of the story before you flip out.

You’re playing this over and over in your head, making things bigger and worrying about ifs, whens and buts. So, you can try this, give yourself a certain amount of time each day to worry about it. After that time is up, you refuse to let yourself worry. You’re in control of your thoughts. It takes practice, but you can say stop to yourself, and then go do something else, and not let your feelings spiral out of control… Journaling may also be therapeutic. Also, if you must talk to someone about this, do it during your worrying time. Females get together and they share things, and it always makes it worse, it’s called co-rumination… so… after that allotted time, you really need to talk about other things… good luck, and hey if all else fails, try punching a pillow…
