Need to lose fast!
Ok im 13 im 5’6 and I weigh 152!!!the total amount I want to lose is 40pounds!I need to lose 10 of it in a week!and the other 30 in 2 months!if I cut out bread noodles rice chips soda deserts (un healthy food)ect. And only eat 500-1000calories a day and drink 5 glasses of water and 4 of green tea and dance for 20min anddo 50crunches do you think I can reach my goal?

How to LOSE weight?

You cannot lose 10 pounds in a week. You could starve yourself and still not lose 10 pounds in a week. I suggest you let go of that idea… As for the rest, what would the point be if the minute you started to eat normally again all the weight would come right back? Cut down on calories (it isnt advised you go below 1200) and do the exercise, but dont bother trying to lose it that quickly… it will come back just as quickly…
