Need money to build a church

start in a community place. Start at the movie theater in the mall, the food court or musuem. Have people networking to spread the word and #1 way to help yourself…HELP OTHERS FIRST! People’s houses, the homeless shelter, the local crisis center- go and help and hand out things with you name on it. be involved in the community at its core! I hope this helps. I don’t want to sound rude or anything, but if god give religious people everything which they pray for, why do they still have to ask for money afterwards? Why didn’t he organise some way for them to just receive the money, because he “knows” they need the money? Would someone care to explain?

RevWilliam – sorry to hi-jack your post – but it is also true what Toadaly said, the banks might look into a loan, seeing that most or all churches are run like business units these days and seen like that by financial Institutions. You would be required (like businesses) to provide them with a business plan (income and expenses) and with statements of the past 6 months or longer.

Most folks meet in homes, or other common areas, that are available, until they have raised enough to buy or build on their own. There are some Christian org. that will help with some funding, however, I am not sure who they are. Also, there are certain Christian org. that have builders that donate their time, on vacations, and holidays, etc. to come together, and build a church. I think one group of them, are Baptist.

Borrow the money from a bank. That’s really the only way to get money for a church.

well first you could have a car wash garage sale a bake sale mow someone elses lawn and just do other things to help your church.

Contact local charities, businesses and definately real estate offices. These place will generally help out with religious organizations as long as you have a well thought out plan and present your ideas thouroughly and clearly. Sam
