I need bigger thighs!

how do I get bigger thighs! I have a pretty nice as*… it’s just I am so tall, and I have chicken legs! I hate it! that is my nickname chicken legs! AHHH what should I eat? I have tired eating really healthy and running a mile every other day!

Do squats, leg lifts. put weights around you ankles ( they sell them at a lot of places) and wear them on walks.

when basketball comes I will be running a couple miles everyday!

you should come back to funadvice first and you should still do excercise but ease up on the diet
