My friend needs help for cutting

My friend is a cutter. She doesnt want help. She likes depressing music. She is the most popular girl in school. She has a hard school and house life. Her parents do not know that she is a cutter. Help!

Answer #1

I do it too and she is a very lucky person to have someone who cares so much. I would recommend sending an anonymous letter saying that you just “saw them” She gets help. Your not found out. Everyone wins.

Answer #2

there is no such thing as only cuts… if she cuts, she has a problem… whether she admits it or not

Answer #3

sometimes you have to do what is right, and not what is wanted. Cutting is a serious problem and if it were easy for her to admit that she is having this problem then she would probably be seeking help herself. As a friend you should try the best you can to help her, when she is unable to help herself.

Ok my sister cut for more than five years and had the same problem. If she goes around and shows people them she is basicly doing it for attention, but that doesnt mean she doesnt need help. If she does it and no one but you knows then she deffenitaly needs help. I agree with Ty. Talk to your school conseler and tell your friend that they need help. and that you are going to tell someone that you can trust to help them, They will be very mad but when its all over and they are better they will thank you, you need to risk your friendship to save her life. I almost lost my sister to cutting and I wouldnt want you to lose your friend.

If you need anything, anything at all message me. Hope this helps and things get better. Justine :]
