Motivation Advice!

Im starting my workout/diet plan tomorow and I need tips on how to stay motivated, and also, I find that I dont really have all that much energy ever..how can I help raise my energy levels without cost?

make goals that you can achive, if you set the bar to high and you fail this will be dissapointing, So start out slow and in time your engery level will go up. Get something that you really want to wear but don’t fit into yet, and keep it hanging up in your site, try it on at the end of every week and see how you are doing. don’t starve yourself and drink lots of water, and just think about how good you will feel when you achieve your goal. Good luck and remember if you fall off the wagon one day it does not mean you can’t jump back on the next, we all slip up but you just have to make up for it.

you get more energy as you train and workout. for motivation get a log book to record what you do on what days. so later on you can see how much weights or time you have increased by.
