A mother of a second grade boy with muscular distrophy, in my opinion made a big

deal out of nothing. She was upset that in a class photo her son was “put off to the side away from the other kids” because hes in a wheelchair. Uhm, hello, his chair is as close to the benches the class is sitting on as it can fucking get. Were they supposed to put his wheelchair up on the bench? Were they supposed to sit on the damn floor next to his chair? Jesus H. Christ. I guess they couldve all scooted over to one side, but what the hell? Does anyone see a problem with the picture? I really dont and am annoyed anyone would.

I think the child looks happy as it is! If the children were off to the one side of the bench, it would look uneven, and not as good. Maybe if the teacher was standing on the otherside it wouldn’t look like he was so left out, but honestly, we have a student in a wheel chair, and she was always right beside the bench of photos, and her and her mother had no problem with that
