I have had it since december 31. yeah I know, new years eve, pretty beat. but I still went out because I thought it was just a cold and I would get over it. ITS MARCH!@#%$$% im still sickkk. its queef sht too, because I missed my whole basketball season; I am a freshman and I made varsity…; and I missed softball tryouts too. but I get to be on the team still because the coach was my coach in middle school. but I cant play for a while. its bullsh*t that they have nothing to help. like oh ok lots of sleep and protien. cool. thanks. but yeah. how long has it lasted for anyone else?

Usually about a month or a year and what sucks is that when you have mono it stays with you for the rest of your life and you can still pass it on to someone else at any time so it SUCKS! Well don’t be too bummed about it

Mono SUCKS. I had it in late August, and I’ve honstly never been the same. Mono Can last up to a year in some cases. The soar throat goes away within one,but then the aftermath is being tired constantly. Try not to take too many naps, that actually makes you more tired. Drink orange juice, that helped me :]

I had I before when I was 17 years. old. it was horrible! my throat was so sore that I couldn’t swallow! I had to spit my saliva into a towel for 1 week straight! it lasted about two weeks. buh you get a very high fever followed by chills and sore throat but worst! the only good thing is that you lose weight because your throat is too sore to eat!! but it was gone by week 3
