Meals right before bed
I searched online and aolhealth study explains that it is a myth that whatever you eat at night before bed turns to fat. also some people say eating before bed makes for a bad sleep but last night I went for a long jog because I just had the urge to(smoked some weed at my cousin’s birthday) but when I got back home I got hungry so I ate 2 sandwiches, some quaker crispy minis, and some 4 healthier choice cookies with 70% cocoa chocolate chips. the meal total of 1310 calories and 34grams of fat. it was the 3rd meal of the day and I jogged during the morning as well so I think jogging twice in one day made me that extra hungry +munchies for that last meal. anyways I had one of the best dreams comparable to when you were a child dreaming of becoming the best basketball player in school =) I was like in a short movie where I was beating everyone up with ease moving from person to person to groups of people at a time but yea I’m bored and resting from last night’s smoke session and over exertion so I can train some more tomorrow.
idunno if thats really a question, but yeah it’s a myth, I always eat before bed, in fact thats my favorite time of the day to eat.
