Will skipping some meals make me lose weight?

Ok… how about skipping a meal or two… or drinking LOTS of water?? does that help with anything?

Yes, skipping a few meals will allow you to lose weight. And water is definetely good for you. I wouldn’t say that skipping meals is very healthy, though. I ate only dinner for a week and lost at least 7 to 8 pounds. No excersise at all. I also had a little pudding snack before each meal.
