Is anyone good at making up a diet and exercise plan?

Eat only half of your plate. For breakfast you should have something like oatmeal and peaches. Lunch - beans (Beans are excellent) or salad. Dinner - fish is very lean and good protein. with brown rice or veggies. Stick to water. You ought to swim at least twice a week, or do a sport. Walking is encouraged everyday.
