What is a good plan for this goal?

I am looking to lose weight, but I need some help if anyone can offer some! I have a thick build, I have big bones, I am athletic, so I have a ton of muscle, yet have about 45 pounds of fat over it. I have tried many diets, but they make me lose weight in the wrong places for my body. Can anyone remember when Beyonce used to be thicker? I look kinda like that, only bigger. I am looking to achieve her body like in the Video Phone music video. Any tips on diet and excercise? I am in track, so I run and lift everyday, if that helps. Oh, and I DON’T want to lose my butt or boobs! Any good answers appreciated :)

Muay Thai or other MMA workouts.. you lose a lot of weight, and build muscle. It’s not at all like going to the gym, you can do 1 hour of that compared to 1 hour of regular cardio and you will sweat so much.. you’ll lose major pounds.
