low self esteem =[

I don’t know why but all of a sudden my self esteem is terrible and I been REALLy depressed about it I just feel gross and I don’t know I just haven’t been feeling good I don’t know what my question is but any advice?

My self esteem dropped, too, when my sister called me ugly. -sigh- Well, just tell yourself that it’s not true, that anyone who says otherwise is a jealous jerk.
