How can I improve my self esteem?...as basic as that
We have a mental picture of who we are, how we look, how we talk, what we say, how we act, what we're good at, and what our weaknesses and stregnths might be. We create this picture over time, starting when we are little kiddos. We often put ourselfs down due to this mental picture because we forget about change. Everyone changes. We have to live with that. You will NEVER EVER satisfy everyone. we all have different taste. The only person you should focus on making happy is yourself. Try to stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself darling. Just remember that you are only human and we ALL make mistakes. Also aim fer goals instead of perfection. often we lose ourselfs trying to perfect ourselfs..just take small steps rather than over working yerself over some unrealistic dream. Take pride in who you are and what you believe. Dont change your mind because of what others think. Just be yerself dude. you only have on life so live it up and be who yu want to be :D also I LOVE this quote.

instead of trying to be one of them, try to create your own style. I really dont have any style. I just wear whatever looks good on me. listen to the song self esteem by The Offspring. good song.
