How can I lose weight… Fast!!

I know, im trying to loose just a few pounds also. but anyways this is what im currently doing, and maybe you could try it also::

well after school im working out in the fitness room like running on the tredmill and stuff.

I’ve been drinking water, and flavored water. no milk (somtimes in the morning) no pop or anything with sugar in it. so drink water, nothing else.

I eat breakfast everymorning, your body needs too feed off of somthing during the day, without breakfast, your body will just feed off of the extra fat on your body, which causes you to gain weight.

try cutting down your calorie intake. like what ever you eat normally for like lunch or dinner, cut it in half. like only eat half, or just eat it untill you are almost full. dont over eat anything, because once you eat too much your body wont be able to digest all of it, so it will just store it all. so just eat untill you feel like your getting full.

ohh and one more thing, if your looking to get a smaller waist do this:

suck in your lower stomache for 30 seconds, then take a break for 15 sec then do it again for another 30. do this for at least 10 mins a day for just one week and you will loose at least 2 inches off of your waist, trusst me it workks.

I have adhd. snort a few adderall, they make you loose your appetite, and make you stay awake and alert, I weigh 120, and dropped 10 pounds in 3 days. im down to 110. so I don’t know…dont get addicted tho!!

just eat only fruits and vegetables in one week and drink only water and exercise at least 45mins a day and you will lose weight so fast in just one week

have five or six small meals a day instead of eating 3 big ones. When making a plate, make it colorful. Add all different food groups.

breakfast ideas: In a tall glass, alternate layers of light yogurt, mixed berries, and a little gronola for some extra taste!

all bran cerial, milk, some type of fruit on the side, and calorie free sugar sprinkled on the top if need (such as splenda)

seasond eggs, with a slice of wheat bread, and fruit on the side

2 toasted low fat frozen waffles topped with low calorie pancake syrup and fuit!

lunch ideas: 20z lean lunch meat, 1 slice low-fat cheese on 2 slices of whole wheat reduced fat bread with lettuce, tomato, mustard…any other veggies and maybe even with a side (1/4 cup) lowfat/fatfree coleslaw

vegtables with a little chinese sauce of your choice, served over 1/2 cup of brown rice and if you want you could add some lean chicken

SALAD!!! you can make a new salad every day! chop up tons up veggies, maybe even a little avacodo, and top it with a low-fat/fat-free/lite dressing of your choice.

cambells soups, and other low calorie soups! these are very tasty and you can find many different flavors!

Dinner ideas: (if your a seafood person) sprimp, veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice and top it with a black bean sauce. (mix it all together)

Top a 7” whole whaet tortilla with 3oz sliced grilled chickedn breast, 1/4 cup pinto beans, and 1/4 cup fat free salsa. roll up burrito style!

Kebabs!!! they are yummy! You can buy kebab sticks at your local supermarket! You can stick lean meats of all different kinds on it! Also add tons of vegtables to the stick, season and place on the grill until the meat its thourghly cooked!

lean fish! such as salmons, shrimp, and halibuts

pizza’s dont always have to be bad for you! You can get a whole wheat pita, and spread 1/4 cup low calorie bottled spaghetti/pizza sauce (just enough to cover the bottom of the bread), 1/2 cup of low fat cheese, and top with lean peporonis, and vegatbles.

Also when eating meat you shouldnt eat a bigger piece than what can fit in the circle of your plam (not including your fingers). It coustomizes a perfict amount according to you!

Drink water constantly! And work out on cardio (bicicyle, treadmeal, running…ect) 30 minutes a day but dont foget a cooldown!

And work on sculpting for 20 minutes (this would include weight lifting, ab crunches…)

Ok, Exercise an hour a day. I have the perfect exercise plan :D Drink 2L water a day and eat apples! Limit your calories to 1000 a day and try to eat foods that are under 50 calories or less :) hmmm, I have loads more. Tips. Anyone want any?
