How to lose weight quickly?

does anyone know how to lose 10 lbs + in a short period of time??

I’m sure you’ve heard it all before. but really it’s all about eating right, and exercising..and not falling into those fad diets or just plain not eating because in the end you end up binge eating. and when you don’t eat, whatever you end up eating your stomach ends up storing as fat..because your stomach is afraid you’ll stop eating again and so it stores it.
