How else can I lose weight if I already exercise 5 times a week?

3 days a week I walk to college with my friends which takes about an hour. I’ve been doing this for a few months now. On a Sunday I do taekwon-do for an hour and a half. Half an hour of the lesson is completely fitness. The other hour is still difficult, but not focused on fitness. I’ve been doing this for nearly a year. I also do trampolining on a Wednesday afternoon for an hour, which I’ve been doing for since September Some people have commented that I’ve lost some weight, but I don’t feel as if I have. Are there any other ways I could lose weight? I don’t have time to do any other exercise because my college work is so demanding.

Are you eating healthy? no fried foods, no starches. Try to eat things that have more protien than carbs.. the protien eats fat. as long as there is more protien than carbs your will lose weight. Its like the Atkins diet kinda. Like cheese, hot dogs,,, look on the packages and see the amounts of protien versus carbs

You can eat healthy, do you like Celery? Celery has negative calories, You burn more than you eat. Eat as healthy as you can and then don’t just sit and watch TV or something go do something that’s not working out but is fun for you.

Weigh yourself. This way you will know for sure if you are losing any weight. Eat for sustainment. In other words, dont over eat. and do not eat snacks!!! :)

Fried foods, carbs, fats, proteins, they’re all okay to eat. Unless you want to strive for competitive physique, you don’t really need to worry about overeating in those amounts.

Since you already exercise 5 days/week, the only thing you should focus on now is QUALITY sleep AND your diet. Eat 500 calories UNDER your maintenance level to begin losing 1lb./week. You eat over your maintenance or equal to, you won’t lose weight. That simple.

Carbs are meh. Your body doesn’t need carbs to survive, but it provides very quick digested energy compared to fats (unless keto) or proteins. The keto way is to decrease carbs to nearly zero so that the body can create more ketones to digest fatty acids/lipids in the body. The best way most weight liters (who are teens) lose weight is by going into a keto diet state in which their protein and fats make up 60-80% of their calorie intake and only 20-40% comes from carbs. Another way is to just eat: 500 calories below maintenance 1g protein/lb. 1-3g carbs/lb. .3-1g fat/lb.

Each meal compose of starch ,protein and vegetable, get rid of starch at dinner.Not eat food after 8:00pm. Eat soem healthy snack, eat a ilttle slowly. Exercise with a specail bar. If you follow these tips, you will see the results.
