How can I lose weight by exercising?

I sport once every week its the only time I can find I wanna lose weight so each sunday I play 5hours non stop single and tag tennis after that basket ball and then swimming but I dont know if doing it would make me lose weight just wondering how many laps do I have to swim in the swiming pool to lose maximum weight ? And how many laps (soccer field) or length do I have to run to lose maximum weight? (I have a very high duribility) Would it help if I did all this at the same day ?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
