How can I lose the flab from my arms?

I’m exercising for about 3 months now and I notice changes in my waistline (it was never really the problem) but my arms are as flabby as ever. I am afraid to do too much weights because it might bulk them up and look manly. So, what are some good exercises for women to lose weight from the upper arms?

Answer #1

You find a work-out dealing with the arms, like weights. Oh and don’t eat any junk.

Answer #2

Take a light 3-5 lb weight and put your bicep parallel to your ear, like you are punching the celing. Place your other hand on your elbow of the arm that is holding the weight, so one hand has a weight and you are punching the celing, the other arm is in a 90 degree angle, forearm above your head, with hand on the elbow of the arm with the weight. Now lower your weighed arm so the weight goes back twords your shoulderblades, and then raise it in a controlled mannor back to the celing. Repeat as many times as possible, the burn since you are using light weights will burn and tone, instead of bulking up if you used heavy weights

Answer #3

Push ups, lifting weights, bench pressing weight, etc. I think those are all good ways to lose just the arm flab. Of course, an all-over effective workout routine and proper diet wouldn’t hurt either.

Answer #4

Or you can just look up a picture of something called a “tricep press”, wich is kind of what Fran Marie explained over :) (Maybe it’s easyer if you see it) Oh, I found a picture for you.
