How to tone my stomach by Christmas?

how can I loose weight by christmas time and get my stomach more tone\flat…should I jsut do crunches or other ab exercises too?

I would say do abs every other day to give your abs some rest.. I walk for an hour or so and do taebo videos they burn a lot of cals like 400-800 depending on how long you do them and just watch what you eat try to eat healthy foods stay away from fattening food or only once a day and no fast food that is some info on what im doing. might help you might not..

If you got a belly don’t do crunches unless your losing weight too. Just doing crunches will only make your tummy stick out more. The fastest way to drop some pound is jump roping. Second is walking. Don’t eat after 7 pm and eat more but smaller meals a day. If you want to avoid looking like a stick figure, also do weight training.

I have always heard eating the small meals a day. and dont eat after 6pm at night because if you eat late your just going to bed and you not exercise to loose that supper that you ate…

I agree, cardio is the key to lose belly fat. Include isolation exercises such as crunches but don’t think you’ll get a flat stomach from a few crunches. Swimming and running can get you lean pretty quick along with other core strength training.

Increase your soy protein intake and reduce sugars and fats. Many people exercise on an empty stomach which means you’ll eat more than usual after you exercise. Muscle burns faster than fat so give your body the energy it needs before you exercise from food rather than losing muscle and gaining fat.

Don’t let yourself get hungry. Eat 6 small low calori, low fat meals a day.
