Get some crushed lavender stems and flowers (you can find these at health food stores or flower shops). Then, get a jar, and fill it with the crushed lavender stems and flowers. Next, pour almond oil or olive oil in the jar (you want to fill the jar completely). Close the jar tightly, and store it in a cool, dry place for about a month so it can steep. Once a day, shake up the jar to mix it all up, and activate the natural lavender essence…so the lavender steeps evenly in the oil. After about a month, use a strainer and empty it all into a clean jar. You should be able to smell the nice lavender aroma.Then, simply use it in your oil diffuser.
